Catchmark support
Questions, problems, feedback or privacy requests about Catchmark, the private fishing journal for iOS and Android: email us.
What to include
- whether you use iPhone or Android, and the device model;
- the Catchmark version, shown at the bottom of Settings;
- what you did, what you expected and what happened instead.
Please do not send passwords or sign-in codes. If you write about your account, send the email from the address you sign in with.
Your account and data
- Export your catches: Settings → Your data → Export catches (CSV or GPX).
- Delete your account: Settings → Your data → Sync → Account & sync → Delete account. This needs an internet connection.
- How your data is handled: see the privacy policy.
Support emails are kept for up to 12 months after the matter is closed, unless a documented legal or security reason requires keeping them longer.
Who provides Catchmark
Catchmark is provided by Martin Erlander, a sole trader (enskild näringsidkare) in Sweden. RlandR is a brand name, not a separate company.
